بررسی رابطه ی احساس تنهایی، حمایت ادراک‌شده و رضایت زناشویی با استفاده از شبکه‌های مجازی در بین زوجین تهرانی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تبین رابطۀ احساس تنهایی، حمایت ادراک‌شده و رضایت زناشویی با میزان استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی و اینترنت در بین زوجین شهر تهران است. در این پژوهش بنابر ماهیت موضوع، از روش پیمایشی و ابزار پرسش‌نامه بهره گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از طریق نرم‌افزار «spss» انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را زنان و مردان متأهل ساکن مناطق 2، 6 و 15 شهر تهران در سال 1397 تشکیل می‌دهد. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول «کوکران» 385 نفر برآورد شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از وجود رابطۀ معنادار بین متغیرهای پژوهش است ؛ بین متغیر احساس تنهایی و استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد ؛ بین متغیرهای حمایت عاطفی و رضایت زناشویی و استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی رابطۀ منفی معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که آسیب‌های خانوادگی و فردی از مهمترین پیامدهایی است که در اثر استفاده نادرست از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی در خانواده ها و بین زوجین به وجود می‌آید ؛ عدم حمایت عاطفی از سوی همسر، احساس تنهایی و عدم رضایت از زندگی زناشویی و پناه بردن به شبکه های مجازی منجر به کاهش ارتباطات همسران در خانواده و نهایتاً تعارض های زناشویی می‌شود.
