تحلیل چندسطحی عوامل مؤثر بر زمان وقوع تولد اول در ایران 1379-1370

چکیده

هدف از این مقاله بررسی عوامل مؤثر در وقوع تولد اول در کوهورت ازدواجی 1379-1370 است. بدین منظور با استفاده از تحلیل ثانویه ی داده های طرح پیمایش جمعیّت و سلامت سال 1379 و به کارگیری تکنیک تحلیل بقا و مدل های چندسطحی، عوامل مؤثر در فاصله ی ازدواج تا اولین تولد در دو سطح خرد و کلان بررسی می شود. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، اصلی ترین تعیین کننده های زمان تولد اولین فرزند، سن ازدواج و دسترسی زنان به تحصیلات می باشد. نتایج تحلیل چندسطحی نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری در رسیدن به تولد اول در یک فاصله ی پنج ساله از ازدواج بین استان های کشور وجود دارد. تفاوت مشاهده شده بین میانگین استان ها ناشی از تصادف نبوده و تابعی از متغیرهای سطح کلان است، لیکن متغیرهای کلان نظیر درصد باسوادی زنان، میزان باروری کل و درصد استفاده از وسایل پیشگیری، تأثیر معنی داری در تفاوت میانگین استان ها و همچنین تفاوت های درون استانی و ویژگی های سطح خرد ندارد.
