مطالعات راهبردی زنان

پیشگیری از طلاق آسیب‌زا و پشیمانی پس از طلاق (مطالعه کیفی از دیدگاه زنان آسیب‌دیده، مشاوران و روانشناسان)

چکیده
طلاق برای برخی زنان تصمیمی در جهت کاهش آسیب و افزایش سلامت جسمانی و روانی است و برای برخی همراه با پشیمانی و آسیب ­بیشتر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت و پیشگیری از طلاق آسیب­زا و پشیمانی پس از طلاق زنان، با روش تحلیل محتوا کیفی، مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل محتوا متعارف، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و مثلث‌سازی داده‌ها انجام شد. گردآوری داده­ها با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با 37 زن آسیب‌دیده از طلاق و 12 مشاور و روانشناس در تهران انجام شد. طبق یافته­ها 2 تم اصلی، 6 مقوله و 43 زیر مقوله شناسایی شد. طلاق نامعقولانه دربرگیرنده سه مقوله عدم تلاش کافی برای حفظ زندگی، اقدام سریع و هیجانی جهت طلاق و عدم آمادگی لازم برای زندگی پس از طلاق است. یافته­ ها تأکیدی بر ضرورت فرهنگ­سازی مراجعه به متخصصین سلامت روان در هنگام تعارضات زناشویی و ارجاع از دادگاه خانواده به مشاوره در موارد اقدام به طلاق، جهت کاهش طلاق آسیب­زا و پشیمانی پس از طلاق است.
