Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the leadership model of attention in the female managers of education and training in Kermanshah province. The type of research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and qualitative-quantitative in terms of the nature of the data.In the qualitative phase of the study, based on the foundation's data theory,by using semi-structured interviews in a non-random, targeted way among 15 women managers and education management experts, and with data saturation criteria, the dimensions of the leadership model were identified. The results of the qualitative part showed that the final proposed model includes six main dimensions, which include causal conditions (school productivity and creative evaluation), central phenomenon (empathic leadership and change and innovation), contextual conditions (organizational culture and organizational structure), intervening conditions (environmental requirements and lack of soft skills),strategies (alignment of sustainable education and personal development) and consequences (predictive analysis and agile decision making). In the quantitative part of the research, by examining a sample of 200female school principals using a stratified random method, the results of the qualitative part were analyzed using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed and finally the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling using PLS3 software. The results of the quantitative part of the research show that the designed model has a good fit.The attentive leadership model helps female education managers to create a learning-oriented and more efficient environment by using the components of attentive leadership and focusing on central phenomena suchas empathetic leadership،change and innovation, which leads to the improvement of the qualityof education.
