Family legal system in Islam, is set of domestic rights and duties that linked by moralization in family. The Importance of this link, is shown by attention in the purposes of family formation in Islam. The mean of “gender tasks” is the responsibilities of spouses in the family, that linked with the biological nature of the two sexes. In this study, is used of documented method and based on a descriptive – analytical way and with reference to authoritative texts and primary sources of Islam, is expressed the importance of gender tasks and moral recommendations ,that are in accompainiment with them. The results of this study are: Assignment man to family supervision and the woman to internal management in home. Each of these major tasks include the set of duties that according to Inviolable saying is associated by several moral recommendations. Theses recommendations include the virtue principle and beautiful relationships with affable and respect to the spouse patience in the family.
