Abstract
Today,the number of women working in organizations has increased drastically and they play a decisive role in the success of many organizations.Nevertheless, the conditions of the organizations are still not favorable for the activities of women and they have not been able to be successful in fulfilling their responsibility towards this segment of the society.Therefore,the purpose of the research is to design a model of organizational responsibility with an emphasis on improving the working conditions of working womenThis research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and is considered a mixed type of research in terms of methodology.In the qualitative phase,semi-structured interviews with experts and thematic analysis technique were used to design the model.For this purpose, an interview was conducted with 20 experts who were selected by a purposeful method based on criteria. In the quantitative part, the validation of the created model was done with the structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software.For this purpose, the opinion of 89 female employees in the Jihad Agricultural Organization in Semnan Province was asked by means of a questionnaire.Based on the findings,five categories of variables including organizational responsibility,strategies and actions,antecedents,moderating factors and consequences were identified. Based on the findings of the quantitative section, all factors were identified and the model was confirmed. Finally,the results of the research showed that the organizational responsibility for improving women's working conditions has multiple dimensions, including moral, religious and religious, altruistic, legal, occupational, and organizational principles and rules, and includes a set of human and organizational criteria.
