Abstract
The purpose of this research was to provide an explanatory model of women's attitude towards managerial positions with the role of work-family conflict and organizational culture. This research was descriptive-causal in terms of nature and method, also was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of research directions, it was one of the basic researches and the research data was collected by the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research was made up of all married female employees working in the Department of Education of Bukan city, 170 people were selected by random sampling using special rules for determining the sample size for modeling structural equations with the partial least squares approach. To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and to calculate the path coefficients, we used the path analysis of structural equations with the help of Smart PLS 3 software estimates. Based on the results of the analysis of the path between work-family conflict and women's attitude towards managerial positions and organizational culture, there is an inverse and meaningful relationship, and the direct relationship between organizational culture and women's attitude towards meaningful management positions was explained, and organizational culture was able to play a causal relationship between work-family conflict. And women's attitude towards managerial positions plays a mediating role (VAF=0/34).
