Pathology of Supportive Provisions for the Employment of Women with Disabilities in Iran's Law

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the pathology of the protective provisions for the employment of disabled women in Iranian law. In this research, in order to quantitative analysis of information and awareness of the attitudes of disabled women in Tehran about legal challenges. The statistical population of the study was all women with disabilities in Tehran in 1397 and the sample size was 384. All statistical calculations were performed to analyze the inferential data using SPSS software package. The results of the research showed that 37 articles were identified as barriers to the employment of people with disabilities. Failure to refer people with disabilities in the constitution to the status of the disabled as the least important obstacle; and the lack of proper databases and lack of comprehensive and accurate statistics on persons with disabilities; employment applicant; 3% unemployment rate to attract people with disabilities; Or its lack of proper implementation, timely failure to inform the provinces about the employment of people with disabilities, the lack of sufficient knowledge of the owners and employers of the capabilities and capabilities of people with disabilities, and the lack of suitable means for displacing and mobility of the disabled as the main obstacles Is on the way to employment.
