Today, wrongful camaraderie between women and men is common in Muslim countries, and as a result many poems are written in the description of woman and love for her and they are broadcast in the media.This culture is chastity contrary to the sharia recommendations. This theme (tashbib), although mentioned in the works of later scholars such as Sheikh Ansari,But in order to prevent vulgarity, the need for clarification and the clarity of its margins in today's society are felt. Sheikh Ansari has been nominated as "tashbib al-marea".From this study it can be concluded that the initial sentence of tashbib is solvent  from the point of view of jurisprudents. But for other reasons, such as the stimulation of lust, the promotion of prostitution, the abuse of a woman, and ... is forbidden. The Sunni jurisprudents have considered the creation of poetry or prose in the formulation of the famous woman as a forbidden, but the narrative is based on the failure to harass and condemn the woman and her condemned, so the jurisprudents of the conflict in this issue have differences. امروزه، رفاقت‌های نامشروع زنان و مردان در کشورهای اسلامی رایج شده و به تبع آن اشعار بسیاری در توصیف زن و عشق به او سروده شده و در رسانه‌ها پخش می‌شوند. این فرهنگ، خلاف توصیه‌های شریعت به عفاف است. این موضوع (تشبیب) گرچه در آثار علمای متأخر چون شیخ انصاری اشاره شده است، ولی به منظور پیشگیری از ابتذال نیاز به تبیین و روشنایی حواشی آن در جامعه­ی امروز، احساس نیاز می‌شود. شیخ انصاری در<em> مکاسب</em> با عنوان «تشبیب المرأة» عنوان شده است. از حاصل این پژوهش می‌توان دریافت که حکم اولیه­ی تشبیب از دیدگاه فقها حلیت است، اما به دلایل دیگری چون تهییج شهوت، ترویج فحشا، هتک حرمت زن و... حرام است. فقهای اهل سنت ساختن شعر یا نثر در تشبیب زن معروف را حرام امّا روایت آن را مشروط به عدم ایذاء و هتک حرمت زن و محارمش، مباح دانسته‌اند، لذا فقهای فریقین در این موضوع اختلافات و اشتراکاتی دارند. https://www.jwss.ir/article_85290_d940687c040d3d05567ae4b120c2d7b3.pdf
