The method is seminary library and using the method of ijtihad. بسیاری از متدینان به استناد روایتی از پیامبر (ص) مبنی بر «لن یفلح قوم ولوا امرهم امراة» دو مدعا را مطرح می‌کنند: اول عدم مشروعیت مدیریت زنان و دوم ناکارآمدی مدیریت آنها. سؤال این است که آیا با استناد به این روایت می‌توان ناکارآمدی مدیریت زنان را نتیجه گرفت؟ با بررسی روایت، چنین استنتاج می‌شود که «روایت لن یفلح» به لحاظ سندی اطمینان‌آور نیست و برساخته و متأخر از زمان پیامبر (ص) و مخالف قرآن است. ضمن آنکه با انگیزه‌ی شخصی ابوبکره به منظور فرار از شرکت در جنگ جمل صادر شده است. حتی با فرض پذیرش سند و قضیه‌ی خارجیه دانستن آن و اغماض از داستان ملکه‌ی سبا، مفاد این روایت تنها می‌تواند ناکارآمدی زنان را در سطح حکومت و زمامداری ثابت کند و به هیچ وجه توان اثبات ناکارآمدی زنان برای مدیریت‌های پایین‌تر از زمامداری را نخواهد داشت. هر چند که این گونه مدیریت‌ها نیز برای زنان رجحان ندارد مگر در موارد ضروری. اولویت زنان انجام دادن وظایف همسری و مادری برای حفظ بنیان خانواده است. روش تحقیق، کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از شیوه‌ی اجتهاد حوزوی است. https://www.jwss.ir/article_44413_21d60b7b1e00ab1732ee88f3baa63cbb.pdf
