In all areas of the world with respect to natural and social situations, girls reach the age of natural maturity sooner than boys. Thus, there is a great difference between boys and girls at beginning of maturity. It is important to know the sexual, psychological, and social changes of girls in this critical stage of their life. As a result, on the basis of a documentary study this paper pathologically studies girls’ maturity and the disharmony between the rate of physical-sexual maturity and that of socio-cultural maturity and the resultant social problems. On the basis of the results of this research, the best method to confront with the crisis in this stage is an educational-cultural method along with providing the family with non-official trainings.</em> بلوغ مرحله ای بحرانی است که در گذر از این دوره، زیربنای زندگی بزرگسالی فرد پی ریزی می شود. در همة مناطق جهان، با در نظر گرفتن شرایط طبیعی و اجتماعی، دختران زودتر به بلوغ طبیعی می رسند، لذا بین دختران و پسران در آغاز بلوغ تفاوت چشمگیری به چشم می خورد. شناخت تغییرات جنسی، روحی و اجتماعی این برهة حساس از زندگی دختران حائز اهمیت است. بدین لحاظ، این نوشتار با روش مطالعه اسنادی به آسیب شناسی بلوغ دختران پرداخته و ناهماهنگی سرعت رشد بلوغ جسمی- جنسی با بلوغ فرهنگی- اجتماعی و مشکلات اجتماعی این دوره را مورد توجه قرار می دهند. مطابق نتایج این پژوهش، مناسب ترین شیوه های مواجهه با بحران این دوره، رویکرد فرهنگی- تربیتی و ارائه آموزش های غیررسمی به خانواده ها می باشد. https://www.jwss.ir/article_16977_fb81884e2893b11a86facda51150264d.pdf
