Famous people have considered the impermissibility of women's martyrdom over another's martyrdom, and on the contrary, some jurists, led by Sheikh Tusi and Allameh, believe in the validity of women's martyrdom in positions that are evident from the main examples. It is like a debt in which the testimony of the original women is accepted. In the present article, after examining and searching the documents of the famous and opposite quotations, it is explained that none of the arguments of the two views, whose main argument was based on consensus and narrations on the subject of martyrdom, can prove the claim against Regarding the testimony of women, it is necessary to refer to the principle that according to the generalities and applications of the influence and validity of evidence, the principle is permissible for women to testify, and considering the lack of valid reason for leaving the testimony of women from this principle, Contrary to popular belief, women's testimony is permissible.<br />  در فقه امامیه، مشروعیت شهادت فرع، امری قطعی است؛ لکن در خصوص برخی جوانب این موضوع، اختلاف نظرهایی وجود دارد؛ از جمله موارد اختلافی، اعتبار شهادت زنان در شهادت فرع می باشد. مشهور قائل به عدم جواز شهادت فرع زنان شده اند و در مقابل، برخی فقها قائل به اعتبار آن در مواضعی که مشهودٌبه اصلی از مصادیقی مانند دیون است که شهادت اصل زنان در آنها پذیرفته می شود، شده اند. در نوشتار حاضر با شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی، پس از ذکر مستندات قول مشهور و قول مخالف، تبیین شده است که هیچ یک از ادله دو دیدگاه، توان اثبات مدعی علیه را نداشته و در خصوص شهادت فرع زنان باید به اصل رجوع کرد که با توجه به عمومات و اطلاقات اعتبار بینه و ادله دیگر، اصل بر جواز شهادت زنان است و با عنایت به عدم وجود دلیل معتبر بر خروج شهادت فرع زنان از این اصل، این شهادت امری جایز است. https://www.jwss.ir/article_128221_6ab9087b03f81617e8ab7ae255986aa7.pdf
