Based on it, this study is conducted to investigate the Islamic Republic of Iran's policy making in the scope of women's employment, and to describe the current condition of the policy making in this field. According to the purpose of the study, the texts of all of the policies and enacted laws in the main policy making and legislative entities of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Majlis, Ministers Board, Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution and Expediency Council) have been examined through statistics and specifying the subjects and topics which are in relation to women's employment policies and laws. Social policy making with an enormous orientation towards encouraging-promoting policies, including women's appropriate employment and women's unconditional employment, and another enormous orientation towards supporting policies, covering the support of employed women and the support of unemployed women, have been taken into account. However, lots of current policies have not been operated, thus they have been remained as a kind of motto.      از جمله موضوعات مهم در حوزه زنان و خانواده، وضعیت و جایگاه اشتغال زنان و تمهیدات سیاستی، قانونی و برنامه­ای اندیشیده شده برای آن، جهت تحقق وضعیت مطلوب نظام سیاست­گذاری است. بی­شک محتوا و چگونگی پرداختن نظام سیاستگذاری به این موضوع، یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در تعیین وضعیت و جایگاهی مطلوب برای آن به شمار می­رود. براین اساس، پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی سیاست‌گذاری جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه اشتغال زنان و توصیف وضع موجود سیاست‌گذاری در این حوزه است. در این راستا، با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی، متن کلیه سیاست‌ها و قوانین مصوب در نهادهای اصلی سیاست‌گذار و قانون‌گذار در جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مجلس شورای اسلامی، هیات وزیران، شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی و مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام) از طریق احصاء و تبیین مقولات و موضوعات مورد توجه در این سیاست‌ها و قوانین که سیاست‌گذاری موجود اشتغال زنان مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. سیاستگذاری اجتماعی با محور کلان سیاست‌های تشویقی- ترویجی که خود شامل دو دسته مقوله اشتغال متناسب زنان و اشتغال بدون قید زنان و محور کلان سیاست‌های حمایتی شامل دو محور خردتر حمایت از زنان شاغل و حمایت از غیرشاغلین زن بموضوع اشتغال زنان را مورد توجه قرار داده است. با این حال، بسیاری از سیاستهای کلی فاقد پشتوانه در قوانین جاری جهت عملیاتی شدن بوده و لذا در حد شعار باقی مانده است. https://www.jwss.ir/article_12168_27dbb28ea03fd64ae84f717f6dfac59c.pdf
