Observing ethical judgments, woman and man constitute it on the basis of legal rules. Since woman is a fundamental component of the family, individual and social rights and duties of women, as the most significant part of woman''s legal system, have always been a challenging issue. In its widest sense, woman''s individual rights are defined as those freedoms, abilities, and demands that are considered necessary by the community for the individual''s advancement. Woman''s status as well as her role in both individual and social life is treated in a very special way in the Islamic legal system. Explaining essentials and proofs of freedom and limitation, the present research compares woman''s status as well as the rate of her limitation/freedom in ritual, political, economical, social, etc. realms before and after marriage. Findings indicate that on the one hand there is no notable difference in woman''s status as well as rate of her limitation/freedom before and after marriage and, on the other hand, there are some religious solutions for reduction or elimination of probable limitations occurring to woman after marriage as well as securing her freedom in the actions < p>خانواده، قدیمی‌ترین و مهم‌ترین گروه اجتماعی، واحد بنیادین جامعه و کانون اصلی رشد و تعالی انسان است. زن و مرد بر اساس قواعد حقوقی و با رعایت احکام اخلاقی این نهاد را تشکیل می‌دهند. یکی از ارکان اصلی خانواده را زن تشکیل می‌دهد. حقوق و مسئولیت‌های فردی و اجتماعی زنان به عنوان مهم‌ترین بخش نظام حقوقی زن، از جمله موضوعات پر چالش و مورد بحث بوده است. حقوق فردی زن در وسیع‌ترین تعبیر به آزادی‌ها، توانایی‌ها ، مصونیت‌ها و مطالباتی گفته می‌شود که جامعه آن را برای رشد و اعتلای فرد ضروری می‌داند. علاوه بر این در نظام حقوقی اسلام به شخصیت و جایگاه زن و نقش‌های وی در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی توجه خاصی صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش می‌کند ضمن بیان مبانی و دلایل‌ آزادی و محدودیت، وضعیت و میزان محدودیت‌ها و آزادی‌های زن در عرصه‌های مختلف عبادی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و... پیش و پس از ازدواج مورد مقایسه و بررسی قرار گرفت و مشخص شد که از یک سو، در بسیاری از موارد تفاوتی در وضعیت و میزان آزادی‌ و محدودیت‌ها‌ی زن پیش و پس از ازدواج ندارد و از سوی دیگر تحت شرایطی، راهکاری شرعی و قانون برای کاهش یا حذف محدودیت‌های احتمالی و تضمین آزادی عمل و اختیار زن پس از ازدواج پیش‌بینی شده است. https://www.jwss.ir/article_120257_114c7b793d3e612078339cce82dd13a9.pdf
