Therefore, the lack of proper sexual conduct on the part of the husband makes the male sexual relationship to the woman not accepted as a proper act, and in such a connection, if a woman does not < p>یکی از حقوقی که زوجین نسبت به هم دارند، حق رابطه جنسی است. تنظیم این رابطه چه از جانب مرد و چه از جانب زن، اخلاق جنسی گفته می‌شود و،نقشی ویژه در حفظ و استحکام خانواده و پیشگیری از انحرافات احتمالی زن یا شوهر دارد. تحقیق حاضر با روش کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیلی ـ توصیفی با استفاده از استنباطات فقهی و اصولی، بیان می‌دارد که مطابق آیه شریفه «عاشروهن بالمعروف» و «ولهن مثل الذی علیهن بالمعروف»زن و شوهر از حقوق مساوی برخوردارند. و این حقی متضایف است یعنی در مقابل تکلیف به زن که اطاعت از مرد در امور جنسی است،حقی هم از جانب مرد نسبت به زن قرار داده شده است و برقراری چنین توازنی که تلازم حق و تکلیف است(بین رابطه جنسی و آداب جنسی)،به تعدیل وتنظیم روابط جنسی منجر خواهد شد و در غیر این صورت رضایت زناشویی خدشه دار می‌شود و دلیل بر این الزام، ظهور اولیه تعبیر به حق در روایات به الزام، اطلاق حکم وضعی ناشی از حکم تکلیفی رابطه جنسی و نیز مولوی ارشادی بودن این نوع از آداب که مستند به وظیفه واجب رابطه جنسی میان زوجین است،می‌باشد. به همین جهت عدم انجام صحیح آداب جنسی از جانب شوهر، سبب می‌شود که ارتباط جنسی مرد نسبت به زن به عنوان یک عمل صحیح پذیرفته نشود و در چنین ارتباطی اگر زنی از انجام عمل زناشویی سرپیچی کرد، حکم ناشزه به او داده نمی‌شود. https://www.jwss.ir/article_120248_5f1b8e3bb077539c4cff889fbba393eb.pdf
