The study population consisted of housewives aged 15-50 years old in Borujerd city and living in apartments with at least one year of housing experience. The study was conducted using a targeted sample and in-depth interviews. The results of the coding of the interviews showed that people, due to the tensile and tensile conditions, resorted to “Apartment dwelling” as a habitat and thus adopted the “Apartment life” strategy as a way of life. It is influenced by the dominant context and the interventionist conditions and has positive and negative consequences. What constitutes a new achievement in the present study is , Emphasis on the concept of "female gender" in understanding phenomena, and the construction of the concept of "Apartment dwellin " and what distinguishes it from the concept of "Apartment life". دگرگونی‌های چند دهه اخیر در شیوه سکونت در کشور ایران سبب گرایش افراد به پدیده آپارتمان-نشینی شده است که به دلیل اهمیتی که دارد، مستلزم تحلیل و بررسی ابعاد آن از دیدگاه کنشگرانِ درگیر در این پدیده است. بر همین اساس پژوهش کیفی حاضر با هدف تحلیل زندگی آپارتمان‌نشینی از نگاه زنان به عنوان نیمی از ساکنان آپارتمان‌ها، به روش نظریه مبنایی انجام شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، زنان خانه-دار 50-15 ساله شهرستان بروجرد و ساکن در آپارتمان‌ها بودند که تجربه آپارتمان‌نشینی را حداقل به مدت یک سال داشتند. تعداد نمونه 28 نفر، روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه عمیق بوده است. نتایج کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که افراد بر اثر شرایط علّی رانشی و کششی، به «آپارتمان-نشینی» به عنوان یک شیوه سکونتی روی آورده و در این راستا راهبرد «آپارتمان‌گرایی» را به عنوان یک شیوه زندگی اتخاذ می‌کنند که تحت تأثیر بستر حاکم و شرایط مداخله‌گر است و پیامدهای مثبت و منفی به دنبال دارد. آنچه در تحقیق حاضر دستاوردی جدید محسوب می‌گردد، تأکید بر مقوله «جنسیت زنانه» در درک پدیده‌ها و ساخت مفهوم «آپارتمان‌گرایی» و نشان دادن وجه تمایز آن با مفهوم «آپارتمان‌نشینی» است. https://www.jwss.ir/article_120225_33198a60c40b01e20bcb5020473d279a.pdf
