Whereas women not exempt from traditional duties and responsibilities of housework and children training and in addition to working out burden these responsibilities too. Playing family and work roles at the same time causes the role conflict following by the side effects. It is necessary to find solutions in order to reduce the conflicts and consequently problems. This countermeasure must be match with the society culture. Therefore, it is important to determine the logical and scholarly frameworks that conform to religious and customary standards and can be the basis of action for our Islamic community. The article while analyzing different aspects of women's employment phenomenon and planning appropriate strategies derived from researches results and undertaken studies and using religious authentic texts; provide an obvious and proof theory as appropriate pattern for women's family and work life based on religious thinking. در دوران معاصر، روند اشتغال زنان سیر صعودی به خود گرفته است. این در حالی است که زنان از وظایف و مسئولیت های سنتی خانه داری و همسرداری و تربیت فرزند و... معاف نشده و علاوه بر کار بیرون بار این مسئولیت ها را نیز همچنان بر دوش می کشند. ایفای همزمان نقش های خانوادگی و شغلی باعث تعارض نقش می شود که آثار و پیامدهای سویی به دنبال دارد. لازم است برای کاهش این تعارضات و مشکلات تبعی آن چاره جویی شود. این چاره اندیشی باید با فرهنگ جامعه همخوان و هماهنگ باشد. بنابراین تعیین چارچوب های منطقی و عالمانه که با موازین دینی و عرفی مطابقت داشته و بتواند مبنای عمل جامعه ی اسلامی ما قرار گیرد حائز اهمیت است. این جستار ضمن واکاوی ابعاد مختلف پدید هی اشتغال زنان و طرح راهکارهای مناسب برگرفته از نتایج تحقیقات و مطالعات انجام شده و استفاده از متون و نصوص معتبر دینی نظریه ی روشن و ثابتی را به عنوان الگوی مناسب برای زندگی خانوادگی و شغلی زنان بر مبنای فکر دینی ارائه می دهد. https://www.jwss.ir/article_12014_7b497aa1b2a83ec63d1777a88676b0c2.pdf
