The victory of the Islamic Revolution and the spread of new technologies have opened a new arena for the religious and social activism of this group, and their propaganda and social activism have led them to the media, especially virtual social networks. In this space, female students, as half of the society, have a high capacity for scientific and social activism in various fields. The specialized social network "Kawsar Net" has provided a significant capacity for scientific, research, and social activism by connecting more than one hundred thousand women seminarians to the systems of the sisters' seminaries. However, the network faces fundamental challenges that prevent Kawsar Net from becoming an effective platform for culture-building, explaining religious teachings, and defending the ideals of the Islamic Revolution. In order to identify obstacles and provide strategies for making sister students' activism on virtual social networks more efficient, this research has used a qualitative approach in the data collection stage, using the interview technique, and in the data analysis stage, using exploratory content analysis, which allows for the discovery and explanation of hidden themes and patterns. Efficiency strategies include human capital development, educational support, strengthening networking, media literacy, and implementing elite development programs with a focus on content coverage and activism skills. طلاب و روحانیون، به‌عنوان کنشگران فعال و عناصر اصلی نهاد دین، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تولید و بازتولید ارزش‌های اسلامی ایفا می‌نمایند. پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و گسترش فناوری‌های نوین، عرصه جدیدی را برای کنشگری دینی و اجتماعی این قشر گشوده است و کنشگری تبلیغی و اجتماعی آنان را به سمت رسانه‌ها و به‌ویژه شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی سوق داده است. در این فضا، بانوان طلبه به‌عنوان نیمی از پیکره جامعه، ظرفیت بالایی برای کنشگری علمی - اجتماعی در عرصه‌های متنوع دارند. شبکه اجتماعی تخصصی «کوثر نت» با اتصال بیش از صد هزار زن حوزوی به سیستم‌های حوزه‌های علمیه خواهران، ظرفیت قابل‌توجهی برای کنشگری علمی، پژوهشی و اجتماعی فراهم کرده است. اما شبکه مزبور با چالش‌های بنیادینی مواجه است که باعث می‌شود کوثر نت نتواند به بستری اثرگذار برای فرهنگ‌سازی، تبیین معارف دینی و دفاع از آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی تبدیل شود. این پژوهش در پی شناسایی موانع و ارائه راهبردهای کارآمدسازی کنشگری طلاب خواهر در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی، با رویکردی کیفی در مرحله جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از تکنیک مصاحبه و در مرحله تحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیل مضمون اکتشافی بهره برده است که امکان کشف و تبیین مضامین و الگوهای پنهان را فراهم می‌آورد. تحلیل مضمون کیفی داده‌های گردآوری شده، منجر به شناسایی چهار مضمون فراگیر شامل «توانمندسازی»، «چالش‌ها»، «توسعه پلتفرم» و «ویژگیهای کنشگران» را به همراه مضامین سازمان‌دهنده، مضامین پایه و ارتباطات متقابل و پویای میان آن‌ها را نشان می‌دهد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، چالش‌های فنی، آموزشی، مالی و ضعف در ترجمه اهداف به اقدامات عملی از موانع اصلی‌اند.
