The main issue is how to reproduce and guide the semantic system of women in the face of emerging cultural, social, and identity challenges. The research method is qualitative and interpretive, utilizing discourse analysis based on Laclau and Mouffe's framework and analyzing future-building trends. Data were collected and analyzed through document analysis of the Leader's statements, macro documents, and discursive texts. The findings indicate that the discourse of the Islamic Revolution has articulated concepts such as motherhood, chastity, civilizational role, and social responsibility based on the central signifier of "human dignity of women," presenting a balanced model of the Muslim woman. This discourse has adopted strategies such as redefining concepts, identity modeling, and strengthening indigenous discourse in response to trends like radical feminism, gender deconstruction, and family disintegration. The conclusion of the research shows that gender justice in the discourse of the Islamic Revolution is part of its civilizational and divine system, and it can only achieve sustainability and inspiration at both domestic and global levels through conceptual re-creation and strategic agency. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازخوانی عدالت جنسیتی در گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهانه انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی، چگونگی بازتولید و راهبری نظام معنایی زن در مواجهه با چالش‌های نوپدید فرهنگی، اجتماعی و هویتی است. روش تحقیق، کیفی و تفسیری با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل گفتمان لاکلائو و موفه و تحلیل روندهای آینده‌ساز است. داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل اسنادی بیانات رهبری، اسناد کلان و متون گفتمانی گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی، بر پایه دال مرکزی «کرامت انسانی زن»، مفاهیمی چون مادری، عفاف، نقش تمدنی و مسئولیت اجتماعی را مفصل‌بندی کرده و الگویی متوازن از زن مسلمان ارائه می‌دهد. این گفتمان، در برابر روندهایی چون فمینیسم رادیکال، جنسیت‌زدایی و فروپاشی خانواده، راهبردهایی چون بازتعریف مفاهیم، الگوسازی هویتی و تقویت گفتمان بومی را در پیش گرفته است. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عدالت جنسیتی در گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی، بخشی از منظومه‌ تمدنی و الهی آن است و تنها از طریق بازآفرینی مفهومی و کنشگری راهبردی، توان پایداری و الهام‌بخشی در سطح داخلی و جهانی را خواهد داشت.
