In this research, in order to quantitative analysis of information and awareness of the attitudes of disabled women in Tehran about legal challenges. The statistical population of the study was all women with disabilities in Tehran in 1397 and the sample size was 384. All statistical calculations were performed to analyze the inferential data using SPSS software package. The results of the research showed that 37 articles were identified as barriers to the employment of people with disabilities. Failure to refer people with disabilities in the constitution to the status of the disabled as the least important obstacle; and the lack of proper databases and lack of comprehensive and accurate statistics on persons with disabilities; employment applicant; 3% unemployment rate to attract people with disabilities; Or its lack of proper implementation, timely failure to inform the provinces about the employment of people with disabilities, the lack of sufficient knowledge of the owners and employers of the capabilities and capabilities of people with disabilities, and the lack of suitable means for displacing and mobility of the disabled as the main obstacles Is on the way to employment. هدف از انجام این پژوهش آسیب شناسی مقررات حمایتی اشتغال زنان معلول در حقوق ایران بوده است. در این پژوهش به منظور تحلیل کمی اطلاعات و نیز آگاهی از نگرش زنان معلول شهر تهران نسبت به چالش‌های حقوقی پیش روی معلولین برای اشتغال از طریق ابزار پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته، اطلاعات جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه زنان معلول شهر تهران در سال 1397 بوده و حجم نمونه برابر با 384 نفر تعیین گردید. تمامی محاسبات آماری به منظور تحلیل استنباطی داده ها، با استفاده از بستۀ نرم افزاری SPSS انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که 37 ماده به عنوان موانع پیش روی اشتغال افراد دارای معلولیت شناسایی شد. عدم اختصاص هیچ قانون اصلی در قانون اساسی به وضعیت معلولان به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین مانع؛ و عدم وجود بانک اطلاعاتی مناسب و نداشتن اطلاعات و آمار جامع و دقیق در خـصوص افـراد دارای معلولیت متقاضی اشتغال، کمرنگ بودن قانون 3 درصد استخدامی جهت جذب افراد دارای معلولیت یا عدم اجرای دقیق آن، ابلاغ نشدن به موقع اعتبارات اشتغال افراد دارای معلولیت به استان ها، عـدم شـناخت کـافی صـاحبان صـنایع و کارفرمایـان از توانمنـدی هـا و قابلیـت هـای افـراد دارای معلولیت و کمبود وسایل مناسب برای جابه جایی و تحرک معلولین در سـطح شـهر از قبیـل اتوبوس های درون شهری مناسب سازی شده برای این افراد به عنوان مهمترین موانع بر سر راه اشتغال افراد دارای معلولیت از نظر خود این افراد به دست آمد. https://www.jwss.ir/article_120256_bcca127622c2ad3a4f72b94e0ffa1bbd.pdf
