So that the steepest rate of decline in fertility and quickest rates of population aging in developing countries is taking place. Iran is also dramatic decline of fertility rates in the seventies and the continuation and intensification of the eighties, age composition of population will be aging in the near future. The speed and high intensity fertility decline in Iran is a steeper slope from other countries. In ran in 2015, around 10% of the population is older than 60 years. In just 35 years’ time, this will have increased to around 33% of the population. What makes the process of elderly a matter of concern is the absence of a comprehensive population policy and master plan on aging. Now, if neglected, neglect and lack of planning in the near future, elderly population, especially women, will be faced with many problems. In this paper we try to explore the phenomenon of aging in different dimensions. Then, for a correct understanding of the concerns among experts about the policy and implementation of population policies, after reviewing the most important studies in the field of population aging, the dimensions and indicators of aging population are mentioned.}, keywords = {Aging population,individual aging,retirement age,population 60 years and over,the threshold of senility}, title_fa = {سالخوردگی جمعیت: یک مسئله‌ی اجتماعی جمعیتی}, abstract_fa = {سالخوردگی جمعیت پدیده‌ای جدید در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان است، هر چند که بین مناطق مختلف جهان در این زمینه تفاوت‌هایی وجود دارد. به طوری که شدیدترین میزان کاهش باروری و سریع‌ترین نرخ‌های سالخوردگی جمعیت در کشورهای در حال توسعه در حال رخ دادن است. در ایران نیز کاهش چشمگیر نرخ باروری در دهه‌ی هفتاد و تداوم و تشدید آن در دهه‌ی هشتاد ترکیب سنی جمعیت را در آینده‌ی نزدیک سالخورده می‌کند. سرعت و شدت زیاد کاهش باروری در ایران با شیب تندتری از سایر کشورها مشاهده می‌شود. در ایران، در سال 1394 حدود 10 درصد جمعیت بالای 60 سال سن داشته‌اند. در 35 سال آینده یعنی سال 1429، درصد سالخوردگی جمعیت ایران به 33 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت. آنچه این روند را در ایران مسئله‌آمیز می‌کند، نبود یک سیاست جامع جمعیتی و سند سالمندی است. اکنون نیز در صورت بی‌توجهی و سهل‌انگاری و فقدان برنامه‌ریزی، در آینده‌ی نزدیک نیز با مشکلات انبوه جمعیت سالخوردگان به ویژه زنان مواجه خواهیم شد. در این مقاله تلاش می شـود پدیده ی سالخوردگی در ایران در ابعاد مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در ادامه، برای درک صحیح و درست از نگرانی‌های موجود میان کارشناسان در خصوص سیاست‌گذاری و اجرای سیاست‌های جمعیتی، پس از مرور مهم‌ترین مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه‌ی سالخوردگی جمعیت، به ابعاد و شاخص های سالخوردگی جمعیت اشاره می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {سالخوردگی جمعیت,سالخوردگی فردی,سن بازنشستگی,جمعیت 60 ساله و بیشتر,آستانه‌ی سالخوردگی}, url = {https://www.jwss.ir/article_44406.html}, eprint = {https://www.jwss.ir/article_44406_c02d03d8080d67447fe8f091d2c927f1.pdf} }
